I love you Photoshop and Adobe. Thank you for creating an amazing and revolutionary program that goes beyond what I first imagined. I scoffed when I first saw version 3.5 , "What the hell? What could possibly be added or improved?" Indeed, many versions have come and gone, but the depth to each upgrade has continued to revolutionize my creative process and thanks to you I have a deep understanding of graphics and imaging.
On a shoot once, a subject asked me if I used Photoshop and I responded with a resoundingly cheerful "Yes!" He then told me how he thought that it was the biggest rip-off he'd ever seen. He proclaimed "With that kind of money I would expect that when I put a photo into it I should get something better out of it." I started to explain, but stopped myself. Why bother.
